As approved in AGM held on Nov'14 2021, Applications were invited from residents to subscribe to the parking slots for their non-commercial vehicle inside the premises. Key Terms & Conditions include:

1. Subscribed space will be temporary in nature & it can only be allocated after submission of proper documents(if any) related to the vehicle ownership & it shall only be used for parking of four-wheelers. It should be clear that parking space allocation does not provide ownership rights to any resident as it belongs to society.

2. For the subscription of slots, we will consider the current space which is already being used by the residents to provide them as one fixed slot for their vehicle. However, the Society managing committee reserves the right to amend the guidelines from time to time & the decision of the managing committee on earmarking & allocation of parking space to residents will be binding & final.

3. As per policy notification, all vehicles (four-wheelers/two-wheelers) beyond 15 yrs. will have to be removed from society premises. In case residents/owners do not remove old vehicles from the society premises, the same will be removed by the society as per the extant provisions and will not be responsible for any loss to the residents/owners concerned.

4. Residents presently not owning the cars will be given preference over slots for the second car parking & second car parking slots will be revoked to accommodate

the vehicle of first-time car owners. Second car slots will be revoked based on the age of the vehicle. For E.g. Slots allocated to vehicles with a registration date in 2006 will be revoked before 2007 & later etc.

5. Residents are requested to park their vehicles in the designated slots only.

6. There are a few slots marked for guest parking which can be booked via the nobrokerhood app (Amenities section) on payment of Rs. 100 per day.

7. Random parking audits will be conducted and Rs. 100 per day will be charged from the owners of vehicles that do not belong to the society or whose records are not maintained.
