As approved in the AGM held on Nov'14 2021, Applications were invited from residents to subscribe to the parking slots for their non-commercial vehicle inside the premises. Key Terms & Conditions include:
The subscribed parking space is temporary and will only be allotted upon submission of valid documents (if any) confirming vehicle ownership. It is strictly for four-wheeler parking. Allocation does not imply ownership rights, as all parking spaces remain the property of the society.
The first parking slot will be allotted closest to the resident’s flat. Allocation of a second parking slot will depend on availability.
Guest parking slots will be designated for each block and located conveniently near the respective blocks for the benefit of visitors.
Existing parking usage by residents will be taken into account to offer a fixed slot. However, the Society Managing Committee reserves the right to revise these guidelines at any time. All decisions regarding allocation and earmarking of parking slots will be final and binding.
Vehicles (four-wheelers and two-wheelers) older than 15 years must be removed from the premises. If not removed by the owners, the society will arrange for their removal in accordance with applicable rules and will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
Residents who currently do not own a car will be given priority over second car parking slots. To accommodate new car owners, second slots may be revoked based on vehicle age—for example, a slot assigned to a 2006 vehicle will be revoked before one registered in 2007 or later.
Residents must park their vehicles only in their designated slots.
Some guest parking slots are available and can be booked via the NoBrokerHood app (Amenities section) at a rate of ₹100 per day.
Random parking audits will be conducted. A parking charge of ₹100 per day will be levied on vehicles parked inside but not belonging to residents or those without updated ownership records, or parked in the unsubscribed slots.
Note: Map not to scale, only for representation of slots.
